Terms and Conditions for J-ARE Entertainment, LLC

1. Introduction Welcome to J-ARE Entertainment, LLC. By booking our DJ services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Service Description J-ARE Entertainment, LLC provides professional DJ services for events such as weddings, parties, corporate events, and other special occasions.

3. Bookings and Payments

  • Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of a non-refundable deposit amount agreed upon at the time of booking.
  • Full payment must be received at least 30 days prior to the event date.
  • Cancellations must be made 90 days before the event to avoid being charged the full amount.

4. Use of Equipment and Music

  • J-ARE Entertainment, LLC shall provide all necessary DJ equipment and music for the event.
  • Clients may provide a preferred playlist or music style, but final music selection is at the discretion of J-ARE Entertainment, LLC, ensuring a suitable mix for the event’s audience.

5. Liability J-ARE Entertainment, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our services at your event. Our total liability for any claim, loss, damage or expense shall be limited to the amount paid for our services.

6. Force Majeure Neither party shall be liable for any failure to perform due to causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of nature, acts of government, flood, fire, earthquakes, civil unrest, acts of terror, strikes or other labor problems.

7. Governing Law These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the state where J-ARE Entertainment, LLC is registered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

8. Changes to Terms We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days’ notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
